Merche reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so at our sole discretion, as per the circumstances requiring such an event to occur. The company shall ensure that the User shall be completely kept in the loop of communication for any order cancelled by us and a refund shall be made in accordance in the case of a prepaid order. A credit code shall be provided of the complete amount as refund

Incase of a prepaid order cancellation by the User, Merche shall reserve the right to provide the client store credit of the amount or purchase other products in its place. Please note a Prepaid Order cancelled by a client at the time of delivery would result in us providing a credit code of the amount to the client, we shall be deducting the Standard shipping charges (Rs.120)as well as the Standard RTO (Return) charges (Rs.75) from the amount paid.
